Texting program
Effective date: 24 October 2026
Callwright sends text messages from its toll-free number to the people who run Callwright's client companies: staff, field teams and each company's alert number. It never sends marketing texts. This page explains who gets texts, what they say, how often, and how people agree to them.
Who gets texts
| Who | What they get | How they agree |
|---|---|---|
| Staff and field teams of a client company | A sign-in code each time they sign in by text, and alerts when a request needs their attention | By ticking the consent box on the sign-in page before a code is sent |
| A client company's alert number | Emergency alerts, such as a caller with water coming through the ceiling | An admin at the company ticks the consent box when setting up the alert number in Settings |
Customers of client companies don't get texts from this number. When a client company texts its own customers, it uses its own number, under its own privacy policy and terms.
The consent wording
The consent boxes are never ticked in advance. Staff and field teams see this one on the sign-in page, before a code is sent:
Text me Callwright sign-in codes and alerts. Msg & data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms · Privacy
An admin sees this one when setting up the company's alert number:
Text this number Callwright Emergency alerts. The person who answers it has agreed. Msg & data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Terms · Privacy
Each yes or no is recorded with the wording shown, the version of our privacy policy, who agreed and when.

We'll text a code to your phone.
Alert number
Within a minute of an Emergency call, we text this number the reason and the caller's number.
Sample texts
Every text starts with "Callwright:". The first text to a number also says how to opt out. Alert texts never include a customer's address or what was said on a call.
- Sign-in code: "Callwright: your sign-in code is 482913. It expires in 10 minutes. Don't share it with anyone."
- Emergency alert: "Callwright: Emergency call from (901) 555-0142 at 9:14pm: water coming through the ceiling. Call them back now. Details: https://office.callwright.app"
- Office alert: "Callwright: 3 callbacks are due by 9:30am. Open the queue: https://office.callwright.app"
- First text to a number adds: "Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
How often
Message frequency varies: one code each time someone signs in by text, and alerts when a request needs attention. Msg & data rates may apply. Intellibyte doesn't charge for texts.
Help and opting out
- HELP: reply HELP for this message: "Callwright: sign-in codes and alerts for staff of Callwright's client companies. Help: [email protected]. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
- STOP: reply STOP to stop all Callwright texts. You'll get one confirmation and nothing more. We also honor other clear requests, such as "cancel" or "unsubscribe", by text or by email to [email protected].
- START: reply START to rejoin.
Alert texts aren't required: without them, you get alerts as app notifications. You sign in with a code texted to your phone, sent only when you ask for one. If you've opted out, reply START before asking for a code.
Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our terms and privacy policy cover the texting program in full. We never share opt-in data or consent with third parties.
