Terms of use
Effective date: 24 October 2026
These terms apply to the Callwright website, the Callwright apps and Callwright's text messages, run by Intellibyte Software Solutions LLC ("Intellibyte", "we"), 150 Peabody Pl, Lower Level, Memphis, TN 38103. By using them you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
Using the apps
- Accounts are created by an admin at your company or by Intellibyte; there's no open sign-up. Keep your phone secure, since codes sent to it sign you in.
- Use Callwright only for your company's work. Don't use it to text or call anyone who hasn't agreed, to send marketing, or to send unlawful, harassing or misleading messages.
- Before texting a customer with no recorded consent, confirm they agreed. Your confirmation is stored with your name.
- Your company can remove your access at any time.
Callwright texting program
- Program: Callwright sign-in codes and alerts, sent from Callwright's toll-free number to staff and field teams of Callwright's client companies, and to the alert number each client company sets up.
- How you join: by ticking the consent box on the sign-in page before your first code is sent, or, for an alert number, when an admin at the company sets it up. Signing in by text also sends you a code each time you ask for one.
- Frequency: varies: one code each time you sign in, and alerts when a request needs attention.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Intellibyte doesn't charge for texts.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact [email protected].
- Opt out: reply STOP to stop all Callwright texts; you'll get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to rejoin. While you're opted out, you get alerts in the app only, and you need to reply START before you can get a sign-in code.
- Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your number and consent is in our privacy policy. We never share opt-in data or consent with third parties.
Texts that client companies send their own customers come from the client company's number under its own terms.
The service
We work to keep Callwright available and accurate, but calls, texts and alerts depend on phone carriers and other providers, and can be delayed or fail. Callwright doesn't replace emergency services: anyone in danger should call 911. Amy, the virtual assistant, gives general safety steps only.
To the extent the law allows, Callwright is provided as is, and Intellibyte's liability to app users and text recipients is limited to $100. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We'll post changes here with a new effective date and keep earlier versions at /terms/ followed by their effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
